If you like brownie, you'll like this cake.
Ingredients:
4 eggs
2 glasses of sugar
1 glass of flour
1 glass of rice flour
1 packet of baking powder
1 packet of vanilin/vanilla
3-4 spoonful of cacao
1 packet of butter (250 gr) or 2 little cups of sunflower oil
1 glass of cold milk
1 glass of milled walnuts
Chocolate Sauce (optional)
Preperation:
Stir 4 eggs and sugar in a deep pot with mixer. Add 2 glasses of flour, 1 packet of baking powder, 1 packet of vanilin, and 3 spoonful of cacao by sifting them slowly and continue to stir them up. Add 1 packet of butter to the stuff. Take a cake pan and butter it up, pour the mixture in it. Cook the cake 35-40 minutes in the oven which is heated at 185 centigrade degree. After taking the cake out of the oven, wait 5 minutes and put the cake to a broad plate to serve and pour a glass of cold milk over it. You can also decorate it with chocolate sause and milled walnuts and serve it with ice cream.
